Hampshire & Dorset Wedding Photography

What is your wedding photography style?

I would describe my style as natural, relaxed and timeless. I like to include a good mix of natural reportage photography, group shots and detail but love spending time with you creating beautiful portrait images you will treasure.

What time do you arrive and leave on our wedding day?

Basically I work to your schedule. On a typical wedding day I will arrive during the preparation of the bridal party to capture all the excitement before heading off to the ceremony location to await the brides arrival. Following the ceremony and group shots I will whisk you both away for a bride and groom portrait session. You get a few moments together and I will create some breath taking images of just the two of you as husband and wife. After that, it is relaxed shots of your guests, the meal, speeches, cutting of the cake, first dance and an after dark photo shoot.

Do you offer a pre-wedding / engagement shoot?

Yes and this can be beneficial for a number of reasons: We get some time together to have fun, create some amazing relaxed portrait photos and you get used to being photographed by a professional photographer. You will be far more confident and will know what to expect when we do your bride and groom portraits on your big day. You decide what you wear, you decide where we shoot, can be on the beach, cliffs, countryside, old ruins, the choice is yours. We can do the pre-wedding shoot a day or so before the wedding and usually lasts around 60 to 90 minutes. I can promise one thing, it will be a lot of fun....

Do you work alone?

I always bring a second shooter to capture a different perspective of your special day. Charlie and I have worked together for many years and our shooting styles are the same.

How many photos can we expect?

For a full day wedding, you can expect between 400 to 500 beautiful photographs. All photographs are digitally perfected, high resolution digital files, individually edited by myself and presented on a USB in a presentation case.

When will we receive our wedding photos?

Every photograph is individually checked and edited which is time consuming but we aim to have your secure online gallery completed and ready for viewing and free downloads in around 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding and then have your USB containing your full high resolution wedding collection delivered to you shortly after that.

Can we print our own photos?

Yes, I supply a full set of high resolution images on a USB with full rights to re-produce and print them for personal usage as you wish. You will also receive a link and pin number, so you are able to access your photos securely and privately online enabling your friends and family to download photos free of charge.

How can we book you for our wedding?

Firstly please get in touch by email, phone or using our contact form on the website. Please include the wedding date and location if known. It would be great to meet for coffee or chat on skype about your wedding plans and ideas.

Can you design a wedding album for us?

Yes, if you are considering an album, we are delighted to offer an excellent range of the highest quality digital wedding albums currently available. I am more than happy to show you sample albums so you’ll know exactly what to expect. I personally design every album, laying out your photos to tell the story of your special day. We can also supply a range of coffee table albums and parent albums in various sizes and designs.
